I will reset the authenticator token and we can start from scratch. Just delete the account in the Microsoft Authenticator app (click the account then the cog wheel in the top right and then remove account)
On your computer, open up a webpage and goto outlook.office.com and login with your username and password (let me know if the password does not work and I'll reset it), follow the prompts until it gives you a QR code
On your phone click on the Plus sign on the Authenticator and add school or work account, scan QR code
From there click next on the screen on your pc and then you should be good to go.
